​Like the confetti from a cracker, Jesselyn pops, bursting and spreading joy to everyone around her. Whatever emotion she feels, be it negative or positive, she traps them within canvases. Jesselyn is very fascinated with colors and it is a joy for her to bring this vibrancy into her works. Having gone past this colorful phase, she has recently discovered that muted colors are just as engaging.

 

Through this epiphany, it has led her works in a new direction that leans towards finding serenity that has been lost in the present. Big things scare her, thus her art works are usually meticulous, and small enough to only take up one-third of her height, that is only 150cm.
